The Employment Standards Office (ESO) is an independent and impartial institution of the QFC, established by Article No. 6 of Law No. 7 of 2005 of the State of Qatar (the “QFC Law”)  to administer and enforce the QFC Employment Regulations and deal with all employment matters in the QFC.

The ESO aims to create and maintain an efficient and flexible labour market that can stimulate growth and maximise workforce efficiency.
