The Commercial Registration section of the Qatar Financial Centre Authority (QFCA) is responsible for registration and licensing of QFC entities and approval of service providers to QFC entities, including Approved Auditors, Insolvency Practitioners and Support Service Providers. They also handle all post-registration filing and other compliance matters of QFC entities.

The Companies Registration Office (CRO)

The QFC Companies Registration Office was created by Article No. 7 of Law No. 7 of 2005 of the State of Qatar (the “QFC Law”) to support businesses and stakeholders, which may be incorporated or established to carry on business under the QFC, with registration proceedings.
